Webinar Overview:  This program is for both frontline and leadership staff and how they can effectively engage self care strategies regardless of their level within their organization. Being mentally tough means individuals are quipped to do what needs to be done regardless of how they feel or even if they like it. Pam and Vik will explore the 3 Attributes of being mentally tough and provide participants with a practice framework for adopting new behaviors. 

Speaker: Pamela J. Green is a culture, conflict resolution and coaching expert with more than 30 years of experience in leadership and executive leadership. She spent most of her career working in nonprofit organizations leading human resources and other business functions.

Vikram ("Vik") Kapoor is a certified coach (PCC), trainer, and facilitator with deep expertise in multicultural communication, intergenerational collaboration, and psychological safety on teams. 

Convenience:  Enjoy the convenience and cost-efficiency of a webinar – watch the speaker’s slide presentation on the internet while listening by telephone or through your computer’s microphone and speakers (VoIP).  There is no limit to the number of attendees from your agency who may participate at your site using one phone line and a computer with internet access.  

Registration Fee: OAHC Members:  $157 per agency line; Non-Members:  $262 per agency line.  Registration fees are based on one phone/webinar connection; multiple site participation for your agency will require a separate registration fee for each connection.
