This webinar will delve into the details of the various key performance indicators (KPIs) that are driving home health Medicare revenue under the Patient-Driven Groupings Model. The analysis presented will provide summary trending of these KPIs since PDGM's implementation on 1/1/2020 with the goal of allowing attendees to benchmark their own data against national averages.

Brian Harris is a Consulting Director at BlackTree Healthcare Consulting and has amassed more than nine years of consulting experience in home health and hospice. Brian has operated as a manager/director for various revenue cycle departments within provider organizations, leveraging his expertise to improve operations, reporting, and cash flow for agencies across the country.  Brian is also involved with HHFMA and other industry workgroups designed to navigate the rapidly changing regulatory and operational post-acute landscape.  Over the past few years Brian has been an active speaker in the industry, with the goal of helping both national and state-based organizations provide relevant education to home health and hospice providers.

Charles Breznicky Jr. is a Registered Nurse who has filled various roles in home health; including Case Manager, Performance Improvement Specialist, Clinical Manager and Health Information Systems Manager.  Charles is currently Clinical Director with BlackTree Healthcare Consulting and has helped agencies prepare for the Patient Driven Groupings Model, guided agencies through changes to the Home Health Conditions of Participation, developed QAPI programs, provided survey preparation and managed programs under Targeted Probe and Educate. Charles has also served as Interim Executive Vice President and Interim Quality Manager during executive transitions.
